Many cultures have a very long history of using the natural healing abilities of Flowers and Gem Essences including - our Australian Indigenous Aborigines, Egyptians and Native Americans.

Through an awareness of the healing abilities of plants, my belief is that the Creator/Source Energy - created a world with plant life so encompassing as to heal every human condition - indeed God’s Pharmacy.

These gentle, powerful plant and crystal essences are very much an important part of self-healing - raising personal & planetary consciousness.

My understanding is that the Essences work on our subtle energy system - the emotional, mental & spiritual aspects of ourselves.

If anyone of these levels is out of balance or if there is an unresolved issue then the resulting imbalance will be seen in day to day life - either with emotional issues such as anger or depression or eventually manifesting in the physical e.g. indigestion, headaches etc.

Consultations - I usually prescribe Flower Essences through tuning into Source & crystal dowsing, but if a client has a specific request I am most happy to simply make up a remedy of their choice.

The usual dose is 7 drops under the tongue morning & night.

These beautifully simple natural vibrational essences are gentle yet powerfully transformative remedies for mind-body-therapy.
